The service

Fibre Toolkit is a web app that helps fibre installers write job notes and keep track of photo checklists, issue templates and useful phone numbers. You are responsible for checking that any notes you submit to your employer or client are accurate.

Subscription and payment

• Access costs £0.99 a month (or £9.99 a year where offered). Payments are taken by Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
• The service is offered to customers in the United Kingdom.
• You can cancel at any time from Directory → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price.

Your right to cancel

Because access starts as soon as you subscribe, and you agree to that at checkout, you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel for a refund once access begins. This doesn't affect your other legal rights, including if the service is faulty.

Your account

A subscription is for one person. Signing in on a new device signs you out of the previous one. We may suspend accounts that are shared or misused.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error free. The app keeps working offline on a device you've already signed in on.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid in the previous 12 months.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
